I love my job and to work out. My favorite workout is just practicing yoga. I find it very smoothing to the mind and soul. I also love spending time with my family.

Today
Hello Everyone! Its a great day here in South Florida so far its not raining. I hope everyone is having a most wonderful day!
Hey Kim, It did turn out to be a beautiful day in South Florida. A friend called me yesterday to invite me on a boat ride to Useppa. I called her back this morning to say today would be the day, since rain is predicted after today. She never called me back, so I guess it will be a rain check on that boat ride. I just heard on the weather report we have rain predicted for the next 7 days.
Hi Kim, I have just bought a workout CD of yoga with Bob from biggest loser. Well can't say I just bought it ....it may have been a month or two ago...but I did unwrap it ....and watched while I was sitting on the couch. Think I may need to be proactive for the workout to work but it was very relaxing to just watch it. Well, it is hot and beautiful today supposed to be in the 90's....blaaahhhhh. Not for me, I do not like the heat...so will spend the afternoon in the creek sitting in a lawn chair watching the Grandkids play in the water.....aaahhhhh. Hope all is well for you and all wishes come true.
